AT RISK OF REDUNDANCY***

SUNDAY GAMES CANCELLED FOR OUR AGE GROUP AND OLDER:

Good Evening.
Despite our best efforts mother nature didn’t quite let us get in our whole day of games today. We very much appreciate the patience and cooperation of our guests as we were challenged by field constraints throughout the day. Our Club and Parks Department did everything possible to provide a fair and safe environment for the players and their families and when we were unable ensure this, we were forced to stop the last round of games today due to the late storms that occurred.
 
Regretfully, and due to the final downpour of the day, working closely with the tournament staff and the City Parks staff it was determined that we are unable to use many of our larger fields that facilitate 11v11 play. With safety as a priority, and the final field authority of our City Parks, we will no longer be able to schedule additional games this weekend for our older divisions 13U, 14U and 15U.  So for the 13U and above age groups, all Sunday games have been cancelled.


For all age groups 9U thru 12U, we will play.  We are currently working on updating game times for Sunday and plan to have that completed by 11:30pm.   Please review your game times again BEFORE 6:30am in the morning for any field updates.  We will try to limit any game time changes, but we may have to adjust a few game times to complete the schedule.
We have adjusted the schedule and fields to accommodate all remaining age divisions which can be found on the event app and tournament registration system.
